Friction happens because there is interference between the contact of the object and a constant speed. Friction varies on the object, so Soccer cleats would have a hard friction with snow. Just like Timberlands would be hard to play soccer with.
Good example. I think timberlands would be hard to play soccer with just cause they are heavy!
